InnerGuide allows you to make your purchases using credit, debit and PayPal. Please read our policies carefully with respect to payment methods before you place your order. When you provide us with your card information, your account will be charged immediately after check out. InnerGuide accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and requires the security code for your card to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
InnerGuide will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If you live outside the states of New Jersey and Michigan, you will not be charged sales tax. If you live in the states of New Jersey and Michigan, the current rate sales tax will be added at the time of checkout.
InnerGuide offers several convenient shipping options for domestic and international shipping. Once you choose your shipping method, our system will choose the lowest rate among those methods.

Average International Delivery Time
Asendia, Asendia ePacket and First Class International Mail: 7–14 business days, though it can take up to 21 days for some countries.
Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
FedEx International: 4–6 business days
Please be aware that choosing USPS First Class International will only track your package up to entry to your country. (We receive a notice that it has been delivered.) After it enters your country, it is the responsibility of your country’s carrier and not InnerGuide. All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, so please make sure your shipping address is correct. International orders may encounter additional fees at customs, for which the buyer will be responsible. Delays in customs is not the responsibility of InnerGuide. Please note that in some cases it can take up to 21 days for delivery.
Expedited orders placed Monday thru Friday by 1:00pm EST will go out the door the same day. All other orders typically go out within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, excluding federal holidays.
When choosing your shipping options, please note that expedited shipping options do not ship on weekends or holidays.

InnerGuide cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day you place your order plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. InnerGuide reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at InnerGuide at any time.
InnerGuide makes every effort to ship your product within two business days of receiving your order (business days are Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays). Given the popularity of some products, InnerGuide may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. For larger orders (50 units or more of the same product), contact InnerGuide at email@example.com for availability and special discount pricing. InnerGuide makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when InnerGuide confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when InnerGuide decides to no longer carry a certain item or runs low on inventory on a dated product. In those circumstances, InnerGuide will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, InnerGuide may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, InnerGuide will cancel your order for products that cannot be supplied and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

You may then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you choose to continue shopping, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking the “my cart” link located at the top right of each page.
Return Policy: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please ship your unused product to InnerGuide LLC, Returns Department, 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686 within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the packing list with the shipment. Sorry, no returns on international orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
If you live in the states of New Jersey and Michigan, you will be charged the current rate sales tax for those states at the time of checkout.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive an email confirming your order to the email provided at check out. In addition, if you chose to set up an account on our site, you can view your order at any time by returning to the store, clicking on my account and log in using the email address and password entered during checkout.
How can I check my status of my order?
You may track your orders through our site using you order number that was supplied to you on the email you received confirming your order.
What if I have questions about the products offered online?

Is my credit card information secure?
InnerGuide assures the security of your credit card information with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction to ensure that your order is secure. As you enter your credit card number, SSL encodes it so it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Items are charged to your card at the time your order is processed.
I would like to purchase a gift for someone. Can you send the gift directly to that person with a gift receipt?
Yes, you can ship an order to an address that differs from your billing address.
