As your life coach, I will be fully present and attentive, serving as both your partner and guide, with your best interests always at heart. I will listen deeply, helping you uncover insights and discover solutions within yourself, all while shedding light on the areas that may be holding you back. This newfound self-awareness will empower you to release what no longer serves you and make decisions that align with the changes you seek. Role of the Coaching Client
As a coaching client, your role is active and essential to your progress. It requires openness, a willingness to explore, and accountability for your growth. You must be ready to dive deep into self-reflection, uncovering what has held you back from becoming the person you aspire to be and achieving your goals. Embracing change and committing to consistent action are key to turning your dreams into reality.

  2. Clarifying Goals: The coach guides you in identifying clear, realistic goals that align with your values and long-term aspirations.

Life Coaching Agreement

This Life Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Jacques Lamour DBA InnerGuide LLC (“Coach”) and Client (“Client”). By purchasing a coaching session or package and agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Description of Services

The Coach agrees to provide personalized life coaching services to support the Client in identifying and achieving personal and professional goals. Services may include, but are not limited to, goal setting, action planning, accountability, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Coaching sessions are designed to empower the Client to create meaningful changes through guidance, feedback, and encouragement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or advice of a medical, legal, or financial nature.

2. Code of Conduct

Both the Coach and Client agree to maintain respect, honesty, and professionalism throughout the coaching relationship.

  • Client’s Responsibilities: The Client agrees to engage actively, be open to constructive feedback, and commit to the coaching process.
  • Coach’s Responsibilities: The Coach will provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment that promotes openness and personal growth.

3. Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit written consent. The Client acknowledges that electronic communications (e.g., email, phone, Zoom) may not be fully secure and accepts any associated risks.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the service offerings displayed on the Coach’s website.
  • Payment: All payments must be made in full before the start of any coaching session or package. Payments will be processed via the InnerGuide LLC Coaches PayPal account.

5. Session Structure

  • Format: Sessions will be conducted via phone or Zoom.
  • Duration: Each session lasts 50 minutes.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client’s Responsibility: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full session fee.
  • Coach’s Responsibility: The Coach agrees to make every effort to reschedule sessions in a timely manner and avoid unnecessary charges for the Client.
  • Reschedule Allowance: Each Client is entitled to one free reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice) during their coaching engagement.
  • Late Arrivals: If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the Coach may treat the session as canceled, and the Client will be charged in full. If the Coach is more than 15 minutes late, the Client may reschedule the session at no additional cost.

7. Refund Policy

  • Single Sessions: Payments for single coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Packages of Multiple Sessions: Payments for multiple-session packages are non-refundable if the Client chooses to terminate the agreement before completing the package.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Coach in cases of serious life circumstances.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either Party may terminate this agreement by providing at least two weeks’ written notice via email. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees – including fees already paid to Coach DBA InnerGuide LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions are the Client’s sole responsibility. The Coach and InnerGuide LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s actions, choices, or results.

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at empowering the Client. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box during the purchase process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Life Coaching Agreement and all of its terms and conditions. This action serves as a legally binding acceptance of the agreement, equivalent to a written signature.
